Zetrix AI’s Philippines Joint Venture Signs Agreements With Multiple Government Entities For Digital Payments

Partnerships with #PRC #BTR #LANDBANK #PPA and #BFAR Underscore Its
Market Leadership

🌸PETALING JAYA, 8 June — Zetrix AI Berhad (“Zetrix AI”), formerly known as MY E.G. Services Berhad, announced today that its Philippines joint venture MYEG Philippines, Inc. (“MYEG PH”) has signed agreements for the provision of digital payment services with multiple government entities, reinforcing its position as the leader in enabling government digitalisation in the country.

Since commencing operations in 2017, MYEG PH has been continuously activating digital payment capabilities for a growing number of government partners year after year, and 2026 is no exception.

💥In bringing even greater convenience to the Filipino people, additional key e-government services are now being added to MYEG PH’s platform with the signing of the following agreements:

i) Quadripartite Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with the Professional Regulation Commission (“PRC”), Bureau of the Treasury (“BTr”), and Land Bank of the Philippines (“LANDBANK”).

ii) MOA with the Philippines Ports Authority (“PPA”)

iii) MOA with Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (“BFAR”)

🌸MYEG PH Chief Executive Officer Ann Margaret Saldaña said the partnerships represent another significant milestone in MYEG PH’s mission to help accelerate the digital transformation of government services in the Philippines.

“Through our Electronic Payment and Collection System (“EPCS”), we are enabling more accessible, secure, and convenient payment solutions that empower Filipinos and support government agencies in improving service efficiency and citizen experience,” she added.

💥The Quadripartite agreement enables the integration of MYEG PH’s EPCS into the PRC’s Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (“LERIS”) for the payment of PRC fees for its various services and as a pioneer in the implementation of the Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (“eDST”) for the PRC.

The PRC is the licensing and regulatory agency of the national government for the practice of regulated professions.

The partnership reinforces the collaborative effort among the four institutions to further strengthen the digitalization of government services and provide citizens with faster, more convenient, and more accessible payment solutions for their PRC transactions, making the payment process easier and more seamless for professionals and aspiring professionals nationwide.

💥Filipinos will now be able to pay PRC fees, including the required eDST fee, for services such as application for licensure examination, initial registration, license renewals, certifications, and more, via the MYEG PH EPCS. With 100,000 payment channels nationwide, options span E-Wallets (GCash, ShopeePay, PalawanPay, GrabPay, Maya), Online Bank Transfers (BDO, BPI, RCBC, MayBank), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), and Over-the-Counter outlets (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, Bayad, Palawan Pawnshop, SM Store, SM Department Store, SM Hypermarket, SM Savemore, Robinsons Department Store, USSC, etc.). The system also enables QRPh payments through apps from UnionBank, Metrobank, Chinabank, Security Bank, GoTyme, MariBank, AllBank, and other participating institutions.

Concurrently, the formalisation of the MOA with the PPA also paves the way for the integration of MYEG PH’s EPCS into the PPA’s e-Payment Portal. Through this integration, the option of more than 100,000 payment channels nationwide through MYEG PH’s EPCS will thus be similarly available to port stakeholders to conveniently settle various port-related fees online.

These include PPA accreditation fees, Permit to Operate (PTO), Transport Accreditation and Vehicle Pass, Cargo Handling and Wharfage Fees, Passenger Terminal Fees, and other port service charges.

🌸The PPA is a government-owned and controlled corporation under the Department of Transportation responsible for the management, development, and regulation of the country’s port system. PPA oversees major seaports nationwide and plays a vital role in facilitating maritime trade, supporting economic growth and ensuring efficient and safe port operations across the Philippines.

The payment service will primarily serve a broad network of stakeholders engaged in maritime trade and port operations, including shipping lines and terminal operators, importers and exporters, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and private port service providers. Shipping lines and terminal operators are among the most frequent users of the system, while importers, exporters, and logistics firms rely on these platforms to facilitate customs clearance and cargo release.

Trucking companies also use the system to pay for gate access and related fees, while accredited service providers process payments for leases and specialised port services.

Meanwhile, the signing of the MOAs with the BFAR further increases the number of major government agencies MYEG PH is onboarding and supporting through its market-leading payment system.

🌸The BFAR is a government agency under the Department of Agriculture responsible for the development, improvement, management and conservation of the country’s fisheries and aquatic resources.

These new partnerships sealed by MYEG PH further strengthens its position as the leading digital government service enabler in the Philippines, continuously expanding its ecosystem to support the government’s thrust to streamline processes and accelerate the adoption of digital solutions across agencies, enhancing accessibility, transparency and efficiency in the delivery of public services to citizens and businesses.
