Zetrix AI Submits Proposal to Government to Address Outstanding Remittances
🌸PETALING JAYA, 5 October — Zetrix AI Berhad (“Zetrix AI”) deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to customers and the public by the temporary suspension of our Road Transport Department (JPJ) services that took effect on 5 October 2026.
As a provider of JPJ services since 2000, we understand the importance of ensuring these essential services remain accessible, reliable and convenient for the public.
The Group recognises its responsibility to customers and remains committed to fulfilling its obligations to the Government.
Zetrix AI has submitted a proposed solution to the Government of Malaysia to address the outstanding remittances for their consideration.
The Group’s immediate priority is to resolve these obligations and work towards restoring the affected services, subject to the relevant approvals.
Zetrix AI appreciates our customers’ patience and understanding during this period and will provide further updates as confirmed information becomes available.
Customers who had accessed the affected JPJ services prior to the suspension on 5 October 2026 can be assured that their transactions had been duly processed and fulfilled.
