Zetrix AI, Autzen Marketing Unveil RideNow Motorcycle Digital Marketplace

🌸PETALING JAYA, 18 August 2026 — Zetrix AI Berhad (“Zetrix AI”) officially launched RideNow, a motorcycle digital marketplace designed to combat online fraud and scams by connecting motorcycle owners with a network of verified dealers through a secure, controlled bidding process.

Developed by its subsidiaries, MY EG Sdn. Bhd. (“MYEG”) and MYEG TwoCar Sdn. Bhd. (“TwoCar”), in collaboration with Autzen Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (“Autzen Marketing”), RideNow provides a more secure and transparent way for owners to sell their motorcycles.

Recent media reports indicate that the number of registered motorcycles in Malaysia has reached up to 19 million.

This sizeable market presents an opportunity to make motorcycle transactions more systematic and reliable.

RideNow brings motorcycle valuation, mobile inspection, dealer participation, vehicle collection, ownership transfer and payment together on one platform.

By verifying participating dealers and inspecting eligible motorcycles before they enter the bidding process, RideNow gives sellers a more integrated and secure alternative to informal selling channels.

💥The launch event, held at Zetrix Tower, saw the Joint Venture Signing Ceremony between TC Wong, General Manager of MYEG who is also the Chief Executive Officer of RideNow; Chow Kah Siong, Director of Marketing at TwoCar; and Johnson Liu, Founding Director of Autzen Marketing.

The event was also attended by Datuk Wee Hong, Chairman of the Malaysia Motorcycle and Scooter Dealers Association (“MMSDA”).

The collaboration reflects the partners’ joint commitment to improving accountability, vehicle verification and transaction safeguards throughout the digital marketplace.

“Motorcycle owners should be able to sell their vehicles without having to deal with unknown parties, uncertain offers or complicated administrative steps. RideNow addresses these challenges by providing sellers with clearer information, genuine dealer bids and a more organised process from listing through to payment,” said TC Wong.

The event featured an introductory video explaining how RideNow works followed by a hands-on platform demonstration that gave guests an opportunity to experience the platform firsthand.

💥Addressing Fraud in Malaysia’s Motorcycle Market

The introduction of RideNow comes amid continued concerns over online fraud in Malaysia.

Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister (“KPDN”) Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali has been reported as saying that e-commerce scam losses in the country exceeded RM430 million in the first quarter of 2026.

This highlights the need for stronger safeguards and clearer procedures when consumers transact digitally, particularly when consumers buy and sell high-value items such as motorcycles.

RideNow seeks to reduce these risks by limiting the bidding process to validated dealers and requiring eligible motorcycles to undergo relevant inspection and verification checks before they are presented to the dealers.

💥Industry Expertise Behind RideNow

RideNow is engaging with a growing network of industry players to explore opportunities that can strengthen and expand its ecosystem.

These include ongoing discussions and potential collaborations with organisations such as Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (“MODENAS”), AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad and Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd., among others.

These collaborations bring complementary strengths that extend RideNow beyond the digital marketplace, supporting its ambition to build an open and connected motorcycle ecosystem for owners to inspect, value and sell.

RideNow has partnered with RHB Insurance Berhad (“RHBi”) as its Insurance Partner to provide warranty protection for motorcycles transacted through the RideNow platform.
The collaboration enables participating dealers and motorcycle buyers to enjoy insurance-backed warranty coverage, reinforcing RideNow’s commitment to quality, transparency and customer confidence.

By integrating protection into every eligible transaction, RideNow is setting a new benchmark for trust and peace of mind in Malaysia’s used motorcycle marketplace.
RideNow has also partnered with The Otomotif College Sdn. Bhd. (“TOC”) to jointly develop the RideNow Certified Inspector (“RCI”) Programme, a professional certification initiative aimed at raising the competency and consistency of motorcycle inspections in Malaysia.

By combining RideNow’s operational expertise with TOC’s academic excellence, the collaboration will strengthen industry standards, develop skilled motorcycle inspectors, and enhance consumer confidence through more reliable and transparent motorcycle inspections.

💥A Safer Way to Sell Motorcycles

Motorcycle owners can submit their motorcycle details through the RideNow website and arrange a mobile inspection at their preferred date, time and location.
Following inspection and verification, eligible motorcycles will be presented to RideNow’s network of verified dealers for competitive bidding.

Once the seller accepts an offer, RideNow will match the motorcycle with the participating dealer and coordinate the remaining steps, including collection, ownership transfer and payment.

The service is provided without upfront fees or hidden charges.

💥Rollout in September 2026

The RideNow platform will be available from September 2026.

Ahead of the rollout, motorcycle owners can visit https://ridenow.com.my to check the estimated value of their motorcycle through the RideNow Price Valuation Engine.

Owners may also register as Founding Sellers to pre-list their motorcycles and participate in the closed bidding environment before the platform opens to the public.

Further information can be found on RideNow’s official social media channels, Facebook at www.facebook.com/RideNowMY, TikTok at www.tiktok.com/@ridenow.my and LinkedIn at linkedin.com/company/ridenowmy.

The introduction of RideNow further strengthens Zetrix AI’s growing ecosystem of automotive solutions.

Complementing the Group’s existing digital services spanning vehicle ownership, road tax and driving licence renewals, insurance, financing and other automotive-related services, RideNow marks a timely extension of its offerings into the used motorcycle marketplace, providing users with a trusted, end-to-end platform throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle.
